Returns & Exchanges

If your goods are faulty we will offer a full refund.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return your goods within 14 days, unworn and in a re-saleable condition and we will offer a full refund. If an exchange is required, a small fee will be required to cover additional postage costs. 

We can only accept returned items that have not been washed, worn or altered. Please email before returning goods, letting us know you are doing so. If you require an exchange we can then check stock for you and reserve the necessary items.

We highly recommended you obtain proof of postage when returning your goods.

We are sorry but we cannot accept any liability for goods that are lost or damaged in transport.

Postage Information

Within the UK we offer FREE delivery.

We use Royal Mail signed for 2nd Class service for Small/Medium packages or Hermes for Larger packages. If you wish for your goods to be sent via recorded or First Class delivery please email us using our contact form.

Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery in the UK.
